First thing you did this morning? Hit snooze - then I made espressos for Sammy and I to sip slowly back in bed.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? Taking the time to invest in your health, both physically and mentally each day. These can be small rituals from getting enough sleep, taking a BEAR supplement with a large glass of water each morning, spending time in the sunshine, or having a great conversation with a person that inspires you. Wellness is an innate feeling of being happy, confident and calm.
