First thing you did this morning? Fed my doggo and then went to the gym.

What does 'wellness' mean to you? For me, it's being able to recognise when my needs aren't being met, when I am not taking care of myself properly, and having the strength to create emotional change when I am feeling unbalanced. Mental wealth paired with physical health = the ultimate self care.

Products found in your shower/by your bath? Thankyou. body wash (Mint & Spring Flowers), Bondi Boost Shampoo and Conditioner, Twilight shower gel from Lush, and a coffee body scrub from Thankyou.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Brown rice, Ajvar and Turmeric powder.

Favourite kitchen utensil? I have this really nice silicon mixing spoon from Cuisipro that I’m really passionate about.

Favourite Travel destination? Anywhere off the grid with a beautiful beach and nice waves. (Exmouth WA is definitely a favourite)

Currently reading? First, We Make The Beast Beautiful by Sarah Wilson (the best book on Anxiety/Mental Health that I’ve read to date!)

Favourite breakfast food? Poached eggs, avocado + lots of greens.

Three items in your make up bag? NIVEA Soft face moisturiser, Burt’s Bees cucumber mint lip balmResurrection Aromatique Hand Balm from Aesop, and a trusty eyebrow kit from Natio. (I don’t own or wear any other make up, I have no idea how to use it so I just constantly moisturise instead)

An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Don’t Let The Kids Win’ by Julia Jacklin. Also the song 'when the party's over' by Billie Eilish has been getting me through this month.

An album/mix that hypes you up? ‘Chris’ by Christine and the Queens.

Most commonly used apps on your phone? Spotify, Instagram, Rainy Mood, Clue, Voice Memos.

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Yoga, lots of dancing, interval running at the gym and long walks (on the beach).

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? More yoga! And meditation - I never make enough time for it.

Nighttime rituals? Shower, moisturise, top up my humidifier with lavender oil, set my alarm, read, put my retainer in, cuddle my teddies.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I collaborate with someone that I have a creative connection with. It always leaves me feeling super in the zone, and it often inspires me to knuckle down on my own stuff.

I'm currently working on... My debut album!

This time last year, I wish I knew... How capable I am, regardless of pesky self doubt.

I'm grateful for... The change in season, new friends, good friends and platonic intimacy.
