First thing you did this morning? Fed my cats and made a lemon water.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? Wellness for me is all my tiny daily rituals, yoga, meditation, keeping grounded, eating well, being in nature (especially near the ocean), being happy and feeling balanced.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? Dr, Bronner's hemp rose soap, coconut oil, a rose quarts, doTERRA Bergamot essential oil, Herbivore Botanicals products.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? A lot of tea, olive oil, pasta.
Favourite kitchen utensil? Does a teaspoon count? Otherwise a wooden spoon.
Currently reading? My uni psychology textbook - a chapter about prenatal development.

Favourite breakfast food? Now that the weather is getting colder - oats with cinnamon, honey and rhubarb.
An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Most of the music I listen to is very chill but recently Men I Trust . I also like to listen to binaural beats whilst going to sleep.
An album/mix that hypes you up? Anything associated with a fun memory, but I have a playlist which usually ends up on after a few wines with friends, it varies from Diana Ross to 50 Cent and Prince to Drake.. so probably that.
Most commonly used apps on your phone? Instagram, Podcasts, TheMoon
Favourite form of movement/exercise? Yoga.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? Pilates.
Nighttime rituals? My nighttime rituals are my favourite part of the day and most important to me. I like to wash off the day by having a shower, my skincare routine, lighting a candle, dimming the lighting, reading, journaling or listening to a podcast whilst i drink chamomile and ginger tea.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... What I envision comes to reality and when I drift off to another place whilst I'm creating or doing, whether its painting, writing, studying or daydreaming.
I'm currently working on... my many goals haha.
This time last year, I wish I knew... How much I would achieve and learn over the next 12 months. When faced with bad experiences they will only push you to be a better version of yourself.
I'm grateful for... everything! but my family is what first came to mind.
