First thing you did this morning? Kissed my partner Will and then snuggled my Kitten (much to her disgust).
What does 'wellness' mean to you? An equilibrium of mind, body and spirit. All parts of your psyche should be harmonious and happy.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? Good grief. I am a product enthusiast. I use Kevin Murphy hair products, Biology body wash and anything and everything by Aspect and Osmosis on my face. There is always some sort of body exfoliating apparatus present as well.
Three staples always in your kitchen cupboard? Cinnamon, hemp seeds and dried mango.

Favourite snack? Avocado and Vegemite on corn thins.

I'm currently working on... Organising my wedding.
