First thing you did this morning? I taught a yoga class and then sat down for my 20 minute mindfulness meditation.

What does 'wellness' mean to you? Being really in touch with what is going on within you. A balance between strength and softness. Health from the inside out.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Tahini, Coconut Oil, Dandy Chai Tea.

Favourite kitchen utensil? Thermomix, but also love an Olive Pitter.

Currently reading? The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer and climbing my way through Shantaram on the side.

Currently browsing (.com)? https://medium.com/ & https://www.ted.com/talks

Favourite breakfast food? In winter, porridge with lots of cinnamon, banana and peanut butter.

An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Anything by SOLON, or Matt Corby's album Telluric.

Most commonly used apps on your phone? Insight Timer for my daily meditation, Spotify and Flo (my period tracker app!).

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Yoga to keep me grounded, running & swimming to keep me fit, the occasional triathlon.

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? A second meditation practice into my daily routine, and some kind of art class into my week.

Nighttime rituals? A cup of Pukka tea, laying out my clothes for the next morning, watering the plants, taking some magnesium before lighting a candle and getting into bed to either read or plan my yoga class.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when… I am learning new things, when I am interacting with nature, at a festival in the bush wearing ridiculous costumes, playing to my strengths and being true to my values.

I'm currently working on… Being content exactly where I am.

This time last year, I wish I knew… That it’s okay to do things differently.

I'm grateful for… My good health, a supporting network of friends and family, plus my boyfriend, who continually reminds me how special I am.
