First thing you did this morning? I Intertwined myself into my beautiful partner Madison and after had a cup of Earl grey tea. 

What does 'wellness' mean to you? Finding balance in all things you consume. 

Products found in your shower/by your bath? Le Labo’s Savon Mains hand soap, Posie candle and Aesop’s reverence aromatique hand balm.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Pasta, avocado and wine.

Favourite kitchen utensil? A glass, forever drinking tea, water and wine. 

Favourite Travel destination? I couldn’t choose just one! My favourite places travelled would be, Sri Lanka, New York and Scotland. All so different, all took a part of my heart. 

Currently reading?  Alain de Botton’s - Religion for Atheists.

Favourite breakfast food? Can’t go wrong with a nice piece of fresh toasted bread, avocado and a gooey poached egg.

Three items in your make up bag? Moisturiser, Lucas’ Papaw Ointment, Le Labo Rose 31.  

An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Mama’s Gun - Erykah Badu and So Tonight That I Might See - Mazzy Star

An album/mix that hypes you up? Anything Diana Ross or Prince. 

Most commonly used apps on your phone? Spotify, Gmail, Weather, Instagram. 

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Walking ~ I’m quite fortunate to live walking distance to my uni, work and where most of my friends all live. I try to avoid PT, I much prefer walking around and exploring the streets.

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? I’m starting to but yet to fully incorporate meditation into my daily routine. I’ve always been drawn to the practice of meditation and the breathing techniques encompassed, so hopefully I continue with the mental exercise. 

Nighttime rituals? I start winding down by enjoying a nice hot shower it helps me get all sleepy. I would normally then put some soft music on and wrap myself around Madison, talking about our days while kissing her continuously. 

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... Engaged in deep conversations with humans, connecting on a level deeper than the surface. And taking these moments into my practice as a designer. 

I'm currently working on... Uni assessments and branding projects for a few clients which is exciting to be apart of. 

This time last year, I wish I knew... to take a break, and enjoy a day off cause we all deserve it. I tend to feel guilty when I am not doing something creative all the time, so finding moments throughout my week to sit and relish in doing noting is something I still need to master. 

I'm grateful for... My incredibly kind, soft and gorgeous partner, Madison - who forever reminds me to be present.. and the people who surround my life, forever inspiring me, and creating comfort in this strange world.
