First thing you did this morning? Reached for the cup of coffee my husband was holding out to me.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? Balance and happiness –– physically, mentally, emotionally.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? Tea tree shampoo and conditioner, True Botanicals body wash, a sample face cleanser that I'm currently testing for LESSE, Diptyque candles.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Almonds, coffee, avocados.
Favourite kitchen utensil? A sharp knife.
Favourite Travel destination? Byron Bay, Paris, and anywhere in Italy.
Currently reading? I finally started All The Pretty Horses by Cormac McCarthy, which I've been meaning to read for about ten years! Also reading Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, and Slouching Towards Bethlehem by Joan Didion. Summer is when I always pick up books that have been on my list for some time, and finally dive in.

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Yoga, beach swims, long walks.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? A day away from technology, focused on creative growth.
Nighttime rituals? I cleanse then gently rub a cube of ice over my face, neck and décolletage to boost circulation. Then I apply LESSE Face Oil, stretch a little, drink a glass of water and go to bed.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I break away from the noise of everyday, and find space and time for quiet flow.
