Occupation/Business/Creative Outlet: I am doing a few different things at the moment, I work for a consignment store called Recycle Boutique. I am also an Assistant Beekeeper and occasional Model.

First thing you did this morning? First thing is always make a coffee with my stovetop. Then I climb back into bed to snuggle with my partner and our cat whilst sipping and going through Insta/emails/news.
I like to have my mornings slow and quiet, no talking and no loud noises.
Then when I have finished my coffee I pick my outfit for the day, do my skin routine and head out the door.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? To me, wellness means balance. Between your professional and personal life, your social life and your down time, your friends, family and lovers, your creative pursuits. It can be so hard to give energy to all of these things and I can really feel it when one area is needing attention.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Honey, coffee and lemons.
Favourite kitchen utensil? My Mezzaluna knife for chopping herbs, garlic, etc.
Favourite Travel destination? I visited NY this year and fell in love but I would love to do a European summer sometime soon.
Favourite breakfast food? Most days it tends to be a coffee but when I have the time I like to do some variation of eggs, haloumi, spinach, mushrooms. If I am organised I will make a smoothie the night before of banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach, LSA, green banana resistant starch and a bit of maple syrup with rice milk.
An album/mix that calms your nervous system? My good friend Tilly made a playlist called Moments in Transit on Spotify that I listen to all the time, very chill.
An album/mix that hypes you up? Disco always get me up and dancing.
Most commonly used apps on your phone? Instagram, Podcasts and Gmail.
Favourite form of movement/exercise? Barre is my favourite and I also enjoy Pilates and Yoga. Though I have to confess I have been hibernating all winter and not going to classes. I do love to walk and get a lot of time strolling around Melbourne throughout my week.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? I’d like to start going to Barre/Pilates weekly again. Also more time for reading, I’d like to dedicate the last 20 minutes of my day to reading in bed.
Nighttime rituals? A warm lemon water, watch something on Netflix, then a hot shower and bed.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I am surrounded by my creative friends who are thriving, I feel like I vibe off the good energy they give and it motivates me to keep working on my own projects.
I'm currently working on... I have really been thinking hard about what pathway I’d like to take and the steps to get there. It is very very early stages but I have a few plans for starting my own business.
This time last year, I wish I knew... That I would be so much happier once I quit my toxic job.
I'm grateful for... All the opportunities that have come my way so far and that I am so supported by my loved ones to pursue them.
