SP + GOOD VIBES
Held at Good Vibes Yoga’s Collingwood studio, those in attendance worked through a series of mindfulness, creative and theory based exercises - as well as a 60 min flow; centred on unblocking and opening the creative self.
It was a wonderful afternoon and a treasured opportunity to bring to life Self Practice’s ever evolving enquiry of the intersect of wellness and design. We look forward to future workshops to come and expanding the Self Practice community experience.
