RITUAL PRACTICE

1. Each night light a candle for those ill, sad, hurt and grieving.

2. Take yourself out of your immediate circumstances for a moment.

3. Contemplate the lives and livelihoods of others.

4. Consider the commonality you are experiencing with millions around the world.

5. Reflect upon what privilege you have/had access to throughout the day.

6. Do your best not to let guilt take over.

7. Centre your thoughts.

8. How did you show up for yourself today?

9. How did you show up for others?

10. Send a thought and prayer for the lives lost and hope for a new day, a new normal.
