  5. Try cooking something new

  6. Listen to energetically aligned playlists

  7. Write a letter to someone special

  8. Check up on your neighbours (safely)

  9. FaceTime friends and family

  10. Remain educated as current events unfold

  11. Understand your privilege

  12. Check in on your own needs

  13. Keep connected in ways that serve you


Self isolation does not have to mean disconnection. But it’s of course, okay if you’re feeling like that.. You are not alone. We are all in this together.
