First thing you did this morning? Checked my emails, made a coffee and walked the dog.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? For me it's about an intuitive balance within myself. I know I feel most content and produce my best work when i'm exercising, hitting the sweet spot between staying busy and not taking on too much and finding enough time to spend with friends and family.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? Davines Shampoo and hair mask, Goat Soap body wash and REN ointment face cleanser. If i'm having a bath i'll also bring a bowl of popcorn, my laptop and a glass of ice-water along for the ride.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Oat Milk, Olive Oil and Hoisin Sauce.
Favourite kitchen utensil? It's hard to go past a Japanese knife.
Favourite Travel destination? Anywhere with antiques and the ocean.
Currently reading? Too Much and Not the Mood by Durga Chew-Bose and Daring Greatly by Brene Brown
Currently browsing (.com)? I recently discovered the WEPRESENT section of wetransfer. That, Pinterest and Japanese ebay.
Favourite breakfast food? Coffee. I only really eat breakfast socially.
Three items in your wallet / bag? Felt tip pen, anti-histamines and Lesse face oil.

Most commonly used apps on your phone? Podcasts, Instagram, Mail.
Favourite form of movement/exercise? I always engaged with exercise as a social activity until I reluctantly tried F45. It's been the one practice that I've enjoyed doing alone and find stimulating enough to be present and not drift off. Walking is also good.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? Practice piano.
Nighttime rituals? Washing my face and writing a list.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I'm being challenged. I think I make my best work when i'm learning, whether that be from a new material, practice or process.
I'm currently working on... Jewellery - always, a collection of metal bags for By Nye which will drop this month and a kids clothing label called Goose which is set to come out early next year.
This time last year, I wish I knew... how much i enjoy spending time on my own. I'm a notorious waffler and somehow went 28 years without realising how nice it can be to have alone time.
I'm grateful for... My family and friends for all the obvious reasons plus the very real fact that they make it possible to feel supported in running a small business.
