First thing you did this morning? Lifted my daughter out of her crib and sang the same made up song I sing to her every morning. It's our first ritual.

What does 'wellness' mean to you? I think of "wellness" as all encompassing. Whereas our health is often linked to our physical bodies, wellness creates a larger container to hold our mental and emotional wellbeing, the way we live our lives and the tools and techniques that holistically support our goals.

Products found in your shower/by your bath?
Shameless plug but as the dryness of winter sets in, I find myself using MOON almost nightly as a reminder to breathe deep and slow down.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Irish Breakfast Tea, Honey, and a Hu Chocolate Bar.

Favourite kitchen utensil? This question will make my husband laugh since he does the vast majority of the cooking in our house, but I'd have to say our seltzer machine since I use it almost daily.

Favourite Travel destination? Ottawa, Ontario because that's where my family lives.

Three items in your wallet / bag? MOON, palo santo, and a barrel of matches.

Most commonly used apps on your phone? The parent app from my daughter's daycare, the podcast app, and Instagram.

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Yoga!

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? I wish I was better at phoning friends for no reason other than to reconnect and trade stories.

Nighttime rituals? I shower at night so that I can go to bed clean. I apply MOON, read and sometimes journal in bed. I always put my phone away at a certain point, dim the lights and do my best to descend into sleep with stages that'll help clear my mind. If I'm really feeling anxious making a list is a great remedy. Other days it's simply a matter of lying still, with my eyes open, and watching my breath.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when...
My head and my heart are aligned. When we hear from the 3rd Ritual community that they are using and loving our tools. When we're leading ritual and we get to witness the tangible and alchemical effects of these practices.

I'm currently working on... More products, experiences, and wide range of 3rd Ritual magic.

This time last year, I wish I knew... That whenever you're feeling stuck it's because you've started to believe that life is binary—that there is only a right or wrong path, when in fact there is almost always a third, middle, or medium road to travel.

I'm grateful for... Honestly? I'm grateful for all of it. For my daughter Lola and my husband Pierre. For my family by blood and my family by choice. For my teachers and my challenges. For all the pieces that I'm constantly trying to put back together only so that we can begin again.
