First thing you did this morning? Prayed.

What does 'wellbeing' mean to you? Being content with what I have - a state of being both spiritually and emotionally fit.

Products found in your shower / by your bath? I’m a simple guy - a Dove bar of soap and some Kiehl’s Facial Fuel.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Good olive oil, coffee beans, and chili flakes.

Favourite kitchen utensil? My Wooden Palate cutting board.

Favourite travel destination? Spain.

Currently reading? Where Reasons End by Yiyun Li

Currently browsing (.com)? 1stdibs, LiveAuctioneers, Antiques Atlas and Pinterest.

Favourite breakfast food?  Scrambled eggs, sliced avocado and toast.

Three items in your wallet / bag? AirPods, Cherry Chapstick and a Mophie.

An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Cigarettes after Sex Radio on Pandora

An album/mix that hypes you up? Khalid Radio on Pandora & the new Dua Lipa album

Most commonly used apps on your phone? Camera, Calm, Instagram, Audible, Podcasts and Notes.

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Barry’s, SLT, cycling and dancing.

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? Trying something that scares me.

Nighttime rituals? Reading and prayer.

A secret? I’m not as tidy and minimal as I appear in my work and I have a filthy sense of humor.

Someone you look up to? My grandfather. I still have a note from him that I have in my medicine cabinet that reads “Perseverance - never give up, never give in”.

Something you're proud of? My career.  I get to tell stories for a living and that’s all I’ve ever wanted to do. I get to connect with people and help create a context for the intimate rituals of peoples’ lives. And I also get to surrender to the subjectivity of what I do and knowing that the narrative I’ve created will be interpreted differently by each viewer - it challenges me to be vulnerable in a way - it’s all part of being a creative.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I’m in nature, traveling, and thinking of others.

I'm currently working on... my business, collaborations and partnerships, and completing my apartment.

This time last year, I wish I knew... only what I am not giving can be lacking in any moment or situation.

I'm grateful for... my community, nature, health, New York, and that I get to make a living by being creative.
