What was the first thing you did this morning? Woke up and took my dog, Gruff, for a long walk around Centennial Park.
What does 'well-being' mean to you? Making the simple daily acts of self-care a priority. Movement, nourishing food, plenty of water and plenty of sleep.

Favourite form of movement / exercise? Walking and pilates.
Nighttime rituals & practices? Taking my time and leaning into my evening skincare routine.
Dream evening? Draw a long bath, apply a nourishing mask & listen to a podcast.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day / week that you're currently yet to? Breathwork. BAINA is launching a communal bathing series in February which will include a twenty minute breathwork class followed by a 3 minute cold plunge to build resilience. I’m so looking forward to learning how I can incorporate this into my daily routine.
A secret? I actually don't have one. I’m an open book.
Someone you look up to? My mother. I have been so fortunate to have her as an incomparable role model throughout my life.
Something you're proud of? The exceptional team we have built around BAINA.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when… I have the space that makes creativity possible.
I'm currently working on… Signing off lab dips from our factory in Portugal.
This time last year, I wish I knew… That I was exactly where I was meant to be.
