First thing you did this morning? I always look out the window to the ocean, dawn or pre-dawn - a good indication of the day ahead.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? Being physically and mentally balanced, being in tune with the right cycles and systems for your own body and mind to function at their best possible. Also, having enough physical & mental down-time. An equilibrium between stimulation and rest.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... bringing my ideas and visions into reality, and discovering new ideas in the process.
I'm currently working on... A couple of commissions - some very large vessels for a Sydney project, pieces for Albus Lumen Signum & Casa collections, as well as exhibition works for a traveling exhibition in Japan in 2020.
This time last year, I wish I knew... I wish I remembered how fleeting certain moments can be, and to cherish them more.
I'm grateful for... my loved ones. And to be able to do what I love on a daily basis.
