Here We Are, Again

As wider Melbourne goes back into lockdown (Stage 3) we want to send our strength and support to our local community. We are already working hard on ways that we can support you all, specifically, over the coming weeks.

We are here for nothing if not to support you.

As mentioned earlier in our stories today, we hope that our local and global community, if not having done so already, familiarises themselves with the current hard lockdown some of our most marginalised members of the Melbourne community are currently facing.

We stand in solidarity with the residents of the Nine Public Housing towers and I (@laurentrend) will continue to support and share updates from the Voices from the Blocks, over the coming days.

We know these next six weeks will be challenging, triggering, damaging and deeply exhausting. We're sad but understanding of the fact that we are here, yet again.

However Self Practice can support you, we hope that you'll let us.

Take care, stay safe, be kind.
