First thing you did this morning? I lept out of bed to wish my housemate a happy birthday before she left for work. Then made tea and strong french press coffee while drinking a big glass of water. 

What does 'wellness' mean to you? Navigating between doing too much and too little. I feel my best when I have moved my body, laughed with friends and eaten a tonne of greens. 

Products found in your shower/by your bath? Weleda Almond Sensitive Skin Body Wash. I get really dry skin so I keep hot showers short and moisturise a lot. 

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Maldon sea salt flakes, garlic and unsweetened almond milk.

Favourite kitchen utensil? A big bowl. I cant remember the last time I ate off of a plate. 

Favourite Travel destination?  NYC in the summer. Everyone out in streets together enjoying the sweaty city through music, art and food.

Currently reading? The Trauma Cleaner by Sarah Krasnostein.

Currently browsing (.com)? I am (always) looking at sneakers. But also at the moment and because I'm looking for a new camera. 

Favourite breakfast food? Avo on gluten-free toast, or Greek yoghurt with berries.

Most commonly used apps on your phone? The weather app – because I walk everywhere, Instagram, VSCO. 

Favourite form of movement/exercise? I love exercise of all sorts, everyday. I do high intensity activity like boxing, cycling or weights in the morning or Vinyasa yoga in the evening. While living with one of my closest friends I adopted her ritual of going for a walk at dawn or dusk while the light changes, which I find really relaxing. It is hugely benefitial in resetting  your circadian rhythm. 

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? More drawing and painting. 

Nighttime rituals? A chamomile or peppermint tea, shower, moisturise and I put on a podcast. 

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... Discussing creative ideas and projects with friends, travelling and picking up freshly developed film. 

I'm currently working on... I’ve just moved to Sydney from Perth so I’m exploring and am drawing inspiration from all the newness. It's creating a space that's allowing me to refine my creative ideas into new projects. 

This time last year, I wish I knew... How much I would love yoga once I found the right style for me.

I'm grateful for... A strong body, a strong mind, and all the incredible people in my life.
