PEOPLE: CLARA BRADLEY
Name: Clara Bradley or Bachan Dass (spiritual name)
Occupation/Business/Creative Outlet: Seed of Self - holistic healing with Yoga, energy clearing, crystal healing, intuitive tarot and Ayurveda.
Starsign: Capricorn Sun, Taurean Rising.
Favourite Number: 22 - a highly significant and auspicious number for me.
First thing you did this morning? Always tongue scrape followed by 30 minutes of Vedic meditation.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? It means living in a Sattvic way (harmonious) which will in turn be reflected in the vibrancy of your skin and the radiance of your aura.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? A copper neti pot, homemade face oil blend of jojoba, frankincense, carrot oil and damascan rose oil.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Ghee, honey (both Holy foods) and almond butter.
Favourite kitchen utensil? Teapot for daily infusions.
Favourite Travel destination? Currently dreaming of Fiji, but the ultimate is my grandmother country Spain.
Currently reading? Ayurvedic Healing by David Frawley and The Four Desires by Yogaruper Rod Stryker (a must for finding your Dharma).
Currently browsing (.com)? www.halepule.com in preparation for an upcoming two month immersion with them.
Favourite breakfast food? Porridge with warming spices to quell Vata.
Three items in your make up bag? I stopped wearing make up three years ago, I'm still on the hunt for the perfect organic toxic-free mascara. I find being make-up free is hugely beneficial for radiance. If I had a make up bag I'd keep my Copaibar in it - it's an essential oil taken orally that has the same metabolic and nervous system effects as CBD oil!
An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Any theta wave mixes.
An album/mix that hypes you up? The Emotions
Most commonly used apps on your phone? Instagram for connecting to my business, Insight Timer because I still don't trust myself to not float off into mediation land and Astrolis.
Favourite form of movement/exercise? Yoga
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? (Silently) blessing every space I enter, every person I meet and everything I eat - it's surprisingly hard to get into the habit of!
Nighttime rituals? Viprita Kirani, Vetiver oil in the nostrils for conscious dreaming, magnesium and triphala.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... My client's body gives huge, real time, physical responses to stagnant energy shifts during session.
I'm currently working on... I'm just about to complete a 200hr Vinyasa teacher training with Grow School Yoga.
This time last year, I wish I knew... What was possible, to trust the process and to accept the abundance and spaciousness the universe was offering.
I'm grateful for... Ancient Vedic wisdom and finding it - my life will never be the same.
